By booking or using any service from Flylite Express, a unit of Native Air Cargo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These apply to all domestic and international baggage courier, pickup, and delivery services.
We provide excess baggage pickup from Chennai Airport, door-to-door delivery across India, and international courier services to over 220 countries.
Our services include midnight pickup, subject to prior booking and availability.
Pickup and delivery timelines may vary based on location, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.
Bookings must be made in advance, especially for midnight or early-morning airport pickups.
A flat ₹500 is charged for Chennai airport pickup. Domestic deliveries are charged per kg based on region.
Payments must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customized quotes are offered for bulk or corporate shipments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their baggage is securely packed and clearly labeled.
We offer packaging support at an additional charge upon request.
Improper or loose packaging may result in delays or refusal of shipment.
The following are not accepted for shipping:
Explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials
Perishable goods without proper packaging
Currency, precious stones, and illegal substances
Items restricted by destination country’s customs
Flylite Express is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or incorrect documentation.
Cancellation is allowed before pickup is scheduled. Once picked up, cancellations are not permitted.
Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
